As the Vice President of Product at Unearth, Tim brings nearly 15 years of experience in putting forward valuable software capabilities to market with a customer-centric approach to product development, always keeping customer outcomes as the North Star in designing, developing and delivering solutions. Tim is responsible for product management, engineering, program management, product design, and data science at Unearth.
Prior to his role at Unearth, Tim has held leadership roles in product management with Blackbaud, Convio, and Public Interest Data, providing solutions including nonprofit fundraising, marketing, advocacy, volunteer management and data solutions used by thousands of nonprofit organizations of all sizes, engaging millions of supporters and raising billions of dollars annually.
Tim has spoken at numerous conferences, including BBCON, Nethope Global Summit, Points of Light, and the Convio Summit. In prior roles, he has worked on joint solutions in partnership with Salesforce and Microsoft, and led partnerships with Phone2Action and Movespring.
Tim graduated with a History and Political Science degree from Carthage College in 2003 where he was a Lincoln Scholar and an MBA from George Mason University in 2013. He is also a proud minority owner of the Green Bay Packers and Manchester United Football Club.
