Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator is responsible for producing high-quality creative and digital assets that power public affairs and advocacy campaigns. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, technical know-how, and project management skills to help bring creative visions to life, support digital strategies, and ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery.

You’re a natural problem-solver who enjoys managing multiple projects and collaborating with designers, strategists, and campaign teams to create polished, impactful work.
This is a hybrid position. You will work from our downtown Sacramento office 3 days per week. Enjoy free coffee, seltzers, snacks, weekly team lunches, and collaboration with a team of savvy digital public affairs professionals.
Expectations & Core Activities
- Creative Production: Support the development of on-brand creative assets for digital campaigns, including websites, ads, email assets, and social media graphics.
- Video Production: Coordinate and support video production, including editing, motion graphics, and optimizing videos for use across digital platforms.
- Website & Hosting Support: Manage website content updates and assist with front-end development using HTML/CSS and backend learning. Help oversee site hosting, domain registrations, and plugin updates.
- Quality Assurance: Review creative and web deliverables for accuracy, functionality, and performance across devices and platforms.
- Project Coordination: Track timelines, manage deliverables, and support efficient workflows to keep creative projects on schedule and aligned with strategy.
Desired Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in digital production, creative execution, or web development for public affairs, political campaigns, or advocacy organizations.
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic website development; familiarity with WordPress, SquareSpace, or other CMS platforms preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and an eye for design and branding.
- Passion for public affairs, legislative advocacy, and digital storytelling.
